About The Role

We’re looking for Support Workers to support a variety of NDIS and aging clients 1-1 in their own homes in the Rosebud area!

Whether you’re currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties

In this role, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:

• Domestic assistance


• Mobility support


• Social companionship

You’ll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, and Safety Beach. If you’re passionate about making a difference and delivering quality care, we encourage you to apply.
