Job summary

All About Living is dedicated to helping older Australians and people living with disability stay independent in their own homes and communities. The role is based in Fernvale, QLD, delivering essential personal care and social support to clients in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast regions.

You will work as part of a compassionate home care team, providing tailored services such as Personal Care, Shopping assistance, meal preparation, transport and domestic tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• NDIS Worker Screening.
• Current Police Check (issued within last 3 months).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Driver's Licence.

As a member of our home care team in Location, you will be championing choice, support, and connection through the delivery of vital services to our customers. This may include Personal Care, Individual or Group Social Support, Shopping Assistance, Respite, Transport to and from appointment, Domestic Assistance, and Meal Preparation.

About You

• Have experience working with people with disabilities or the elderly
• Can work independently and within teams
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Respect the rights and dignity of participants
• Ability to resolve minor task-related problems
