Harbour at Home is seeking a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour. Shifts run from Coffs to Woolgoolga, Mon-Fri, between 7am and 7pm, with evenings ideally.

You will support clients with personal care, social engagement, and transport to appointments, while working autonomously and in a team to meet client needs in the local community.

Formación

• Open to work in the evenings
• Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar aged care qualification)
• Current drivers’ license and reliable, insured vehicle
• National criminal history/police check (issued in the last 3 months)
• Aged care experience

About The Role

We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour.

The shifts will be from Coffs to Woolgoolga, Mon-Fri. (between 7am-7pm; willing to work evenings ideally).

You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

• Assist clients with personal care support


• Provide social support and community engagement


• Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments


• Work autonomously and within a team to meet client needs

About You

You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.
