Harbour at Home in New South Wales is seeking a qualified Support Worker to provide compassionate aged care in Grafton and surrounding towns. Shifts include morning and evening, with work across Laurence, Maclean and Townsend.
You will assist clients with personal care, social support, and transport to appointments while engaging with the local community. A current driver’s license and First Aid/CPR are required, and prior aged care experience is valued.

We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Grafton, Laurence, Maclean, Townsend; the shifts will be through the week. (morning & evening).
