Job summary

Lutheran Services, Keystone Centre, Woodridge, QLD, is seeking casual Support Workers for group-based and individual supports to empower people with disability to participate in their community and work toward their NDIS goals.

Roles involve centre-based, community-based, and in-home supports. Experience in disability or youth programs is preferred; valid checks and a QLD driver’s licence are required. Salary packaging benefits and staff discounts are offered, with ongoing training and an EAP.

We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers – Group Based & Individual Supportto facilitate programs that help people with disability connect with their community, build social skills, and work towards their NDIS goals.

Location: Keystone Centre - Woodridge QLD Remuneration Range: $46.18 - $50.38 ph + (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & BenefitsEmployment Type: Casual Opportunities (Availability Across the Week)
