Zusammenfassung

Claro is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker in Newtown, NSW to assist with daily activities, hygiene and personal care, and meal preparation within the home. You will support independence and well-being while maintaining safety and dignity for clients.

Role includes helping with activities outside the home, medication assistance when required, and coordinating with the care team. Flexible shifts, induction training, and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with disability and aged support.
• Posses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support.
• Hold current First aid/CPR.
• Manual handling experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Newtown.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

About you

• Experience with disability and aged support
• Posses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support
• Hold current First aid/CPR
• Manual handling experience
