Job summary

Claro is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Fairfield. Your role involves providing support with daily activities and personal care to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

We offer flexible shifts, paid induction training, annual mandatory training, and career pathways. You will receive travel between client shifts, a referral bonus, and employer rewards as part of a values-led workplace.

Responsibilities

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Assisting with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medications
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
• Providing Manual handling support and bowel care
• 2 Hours Shift
