Claro Disability Services is recruiting casual team members to support clients across Roxborough Park, Wollert and Epping. You will deliver person-centered care for people with complex needs, helping with mobility, daily tasks, and medical supports while collaborating with families and health professionals.

We are currently recruiting for casual team members across Roxborough Park, Wollert and Epping,

• You’ll work with people who have big, real world needs, from mobility and medical care to daily routines, communication, and fun activities.
• Every client is a unique story. You’ll tailor supports to their goals, vibes, routines, values, and culture.
• You’ll team up with families, medical professionals, and other support workers to keep everything running smoothly.
• Shifts flexible with your day, and you’ll build genuine relationships, not just checklists

What you’ll do (*tailored to each client as required*)

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being

Roster across a 24/7 with active nights and sleepovers
