Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate care professionals to support individuals with complex needs to live independently and with confidence. You will collaborate with families, medical teams, and other support staff to tailor plans, ensure mobility and daily tasks are managed safely, and promote meaningful community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get to know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
