Claro Disability Services in Beaudesert, QLD is seeking dedicated care workers to support clients with complex needs. You’ll tailor supports to each person’s goals and culture, work with families and medical professionals, and build meaningful relationships beyond checklists.

You’ll perform person-centered planning, medical supports, social participation, autonomy advocacy, and uphold cultural humility. The role offers paid induction, travel between shifts, and a collaborative clinical team plus

Responsibilities
