Claro Disability Services in Australia is hiring caring, client‑focused disability support workers to help people with complex needs live more independent and confident lives. You’ll tailor supports to each client’s goals, work with families and medical teams, and adapt as needs change, with paid induction, travel between shifts, and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), learn them and understand goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan.
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
