Job summary

Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate care professionals on the Gold Coast to support people with complex needs in day-to-day living. You’ll involve clients in planning and activities, and help with mobility, daily tasks, and health supports in a respectful, person-centered way.

Responsibilities

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), understand goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices as outlined in the plan.
• Medical supports: Monitor changes, follow med/clinical plans, liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being.

What you’ll do
