Claro Disability Services in Beaudesert, QLD, is seeking a part‑time, temporary support worker to assist clients with complex care needs.

You’ll tailor supports to individual goals, work with families and clinical teams, help with daily routines, mobility, communication and community access, and promote independence with respect.

What you'll do

• Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.


• Medical supports : Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.


• Social time and participation : Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.


• Autonomy and advocacy : Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.


• Cultural humility : Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
