Northcott is seeking casual Support Workers to provide person-centred care across accommodation sites in Guildford and Toongabbie, Western Sydney.

About The Role:

Join our growing team as we seek for multiple passionate and dedicatedCasual Support Workers to provide quality, person-centred support across our accommodation sites in Guildford and Toongabbie.

• Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.
• Provide respectful, person-centred personal care and daily living tasks, including domestic duties and behaviour support.
• Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
• Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
