About The Role
We are currently seeking multiple Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a permanent part time & casual basis in the Northern Rivers region. These roles involve working across our supported accommodation and community services in Ballina and Alstonville, providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to our customers.
You will support customers to build skills and maintain independence by providing respectful, person‑centred care, using safe manual handling techniques, assisting with daily tasks and community access, and fostering positive relationships that help them achieve their goals.
