We are currently seeking multiple Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a permanent part time basis in Kembla Grange. These roles involve working across our supported accommodation services providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to our customers.
You will support customers to build skills and maintain independence by providing respectful, person‑centred care, using safe manual handling techniques, assisting with daily tasks and community access, and fostering positive relationships that help them achieve their goals.
