Job summary

Sunnyfield’s Community Hub in Bexley is hiring a compassionate disability support worker. Availability 7am–7pm Monday to Friday is required to provide personalised support and help participants build independence.

Join a supportive, team-oriented culture with ongoing training and peer guidance, while ensuring high standards of care and safety. You’ll work closely with participants, families and the broader Sunnyfield community.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support services.
• Ability to work across all hours and shifts.
• Demonstrates a calm, confident approach when supporting people with complex behaviours.
