Job summary

Sunnyfield is seeking compassionate disability support workers to join our Green Point shared living houses. You will deliver personalised support, assist with daily living, and help participants build independence in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

We offer flexible, shift-based hours including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers and weekends, with training and peer guidance to help you grow, plus salary packaging to increase take‑home pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support.
• Ability to work across flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers and weekends.
• Provide 2 x references or contacts if requested.
