Sunnyfield's Community Hub in McCabe near Gosford is hiring a disability support worker. Deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, and help develop social activities while building trusting relationships with participants and families.

You will maintain records and follow safe practices in a dynamic team environment. Regular and flexible rosters are required, with shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Able to work all hours across the day
• Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check)
• Provide 2 x references
• Hold a current driver’s license
• Experience in disability (minimum 2 years)
