Job summary

Sunnyfield’s Community Hub in McCabe is hiring a Disability Support Worker to join a supportive team and play a vital role in delivering personalised support that helps participants live with independence.

The role includes assisting with personal care, supporting social activities and skill development, and maintaining accurate records. Rosters run 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on safe, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Disability experience of at least 2 years.
• Ability to work across flexible rosters.
• Comfortable in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support to build independence for participants.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Support social activities and skill development.
• Build positive relationships with participants and families.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safe practices.
