Job summary

NEWDAWN SUPPORT SERVICES PTY LTD is hiring casual and part-time disability support workers to provide in-home care and community access across Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

You’ll be backed by coordinators, clinicians, and rosters built around your availability, with a focus on helping people live independently and achieve their NDIS goals.

Roles involve personal care, meals, transport, social activities, and documenting progress in clear notes, while safety and respect come first.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Australian driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Warmth, patience, and communication that puts people at ease.
• Experience with complex mental health or forensic backgrounds.
• Manual handling, medication administration, or Mealtime Management training.
• A second language.
