Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Part-Time Domestic Support Worker - Cleaner to service clients across the Logan region. The role entails providing domestic assistance to help clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes, with travel to nearby suburbs as required.

Applicants should have cleaning experience, be comfortable with housekeeping equipment, and communicate clearly with clients and families.

About the Role:
We currently have multiple Permanent Part-timeDomestic Support Worker - Cleanerpositions available to service clients across theLogan region.The overall purpose of the role is to provide domestic assistance support in order to support clients to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Depending on your residential location the suburbs of travel may include: Bahrs Scrub, Bannockburn, Beenleigh, Belivah, Buccan, Carbrook, Cornubia, Daisy Hill, Eagleby, Edens Landing, Holmview, Loganholme, Logan Village, Mt Cotton, M Warren Park, Shailer Park, Tanah Merah, Windaroo, Wolffdene, Yarrabilba

Pay-rate for this role will range between $32.65-$37.33/Hour depending on your experience.

The role will be between Mon-Fri, 7 am- 6:00 pm and we are looking for people with minimum full availability of 3+days/24 hours every week.

About You:
We are looking for applicants that have:

Experience in cleaning
Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment
Able to follow domestic care plans
Clear communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families
Demonstrated ability to be able to work independently and effectively with the elderly
A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regardedbut not required

The following will be required of successful applicants:

Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
A current National Police Certificate OR Paid NDIS/Yellow Card
