Job summary

Sazerac AUNZ is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive Oracle ERP implementation across our Supply Chain. The role blends project management with hands-on technical support, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring processes align with system configurations.

You will work across technical and operational teams to plan deliverables, test configurations and support readiness for day-to-day operations, with flexibility for WFH and on-site collaboration at our North Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management or business analysis role supporting Supply Chain, ERP implementation or related business systems projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP, including system configuration, testing and implementation support.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and practical experience in a Supply Chain operational environment.
• Ability to coordinate project activities and implementation deliverables while providing hands-on technical support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process optimisation.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication across technical teams and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Experience with data and reporting requirements in an ERP or Supply Chain environment is beneficial.

The Opportunity

The Supply Chain Project Manager will support the implementation of Oracle ERP across Supply Chain, bringing together project management, technical system knowledge and practical operational experience. Working closely with Supply Chain stakeholders, the role will help coordinate implementation of deliverables and ensure system and process requirements are understood, tested and supported through implementation.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands Supply Chain processes and can work across both the technical and operational sides of an ERP implementation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a project management or business analysis role supporting Supply Chain, ERP implementation or related business systems projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP, including system configuration, testing and implementation support.
• A sound understanding of Supply Chain processes and practical experience in a Supply Chain operational environment.
• The ability to coordinate project activities and implementation deliverables while providing hands‑on technical support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, work through solutions and support process optimisation.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical teams and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Experience with data and reporting requirements in an ERP or Supply Chain environment would be beneficial.
