Komatsu Australia Fairfield Head Office is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Business Support Coordinator to sit at the heart of our logistics, spare parts, warehousing and strategic initiatives, while working with stakeholders across Australia and the wider region.

No two days are the same as you coordinate reports, meetings and communications, support national and regional managers, and help drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and collaborative work.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with data confidence.
• Great communication and ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Proactive mindset with ownership.
• Experience with reports, presentations, and business information.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
• Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain supply chain performance reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings.
• Coordinate meetings and communications across the Supply Chain network.
• Support National Supply Chain Managers with business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Papua New Guinea.
• Coordinate freight cost allocations and assist with Supply Chain expenditure reporting.
• Manage shared communication channels and resolve day-to-day operational enquiries.
• Support projects, business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes, communication and the way we work together.
