Komatsu Forklift Australia is seeking a motivated, organised individual to join our Maddington team as a customer service and admin specialist. You’ll be the key link between customers and operations, handling enquiries, processing hire contracts, and coordinating deliveries.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage invoicing, schedule logistics, check stock availability, and support sales with pricing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise while delivering friendly service
• Basic sales awareness and ability to support pricing and client follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers wanting to rent or buy equipment or services
• Process hire contracts or sales orders and issue invoices
• Coordinate delivery, pickup and return of hire equipment with drivers and warehouse teams
• Check equipment availability and ensure items are ready (clean, tested, maintained)
• Support sales with pricing, stock details and client follow-ups
• Maintain hire/sales records, contracts and reports (CRM/system)
• Resolve issues or delays and provide ongoing support throughout the hire or sales process
