Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day ANZ distribution in partnership with our 3PL. You will act as the main interface between internal order management and external warehouse/transport partners to ensure orders flow on time and priorities are managed.

You will support the Logistics and Inventory Manager with data validation, returns processing, KPI reviews, and collaboration with Marketing to resolve disruptions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail, warehousing, logistics or operations.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key interface between internal stakeholders (order management & planning) and external stakeholders (warehouse, transport carriers) to ensure timely order flow and priority management.
• Support Logistics and Inventory Manager by overseeing day-to-day operations of ANZ distribution in partnership with 3PL.
• Validate export shipments from 3PL to comply with DG documentation processes and review operation requests (e.g., write-offs, inbound/outbound logistics).
• Facilitate returns in cooperation with order management and GCC team; assist in month-end transactions and KPI review.
• Coordinate with marketing teams/brands to resolve disruptions to the supply chain; assist in inbound freight clearance and delivery.
• Update SAP arrival dates for incoming freight; assist in disposal of obsolete/damaged goods and VAS activities.
• Investigate return claims and report findings to stakeholders; maintain internal scorecards and regional metrics.

DescriptionEstee Lauder Companies is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator. This role plays a critical role in managing the day to day operations of the ANZ distribution in partnership with our 3PL.This role supports the Logistics and Inventory Manager by:Working as the key interface on day to day operations between internal stakeholders (order management & planning) and external stakeholders (warehouse, transport carriers) to ensure orders flow on time and prioritize are managedAny data flow issue gets raised to IT and followed up to ensure daily operation is fulfilled on timeValidate export shipments from 3PL comply with the DG documentation processEnsuring data validation / review of operation request from 3PL e.g write-off, in/outbound Logistics, month end transaction volume.Facilitate on/offline returns in cooperation with the order management and GCC team.Support monthly KPI review and meeting, process compliance, EHS follow up, etc.Coordinating with marketing teams/brands to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain on advice from Inventory Manager.Assist in overseeing clearance and delivery of all inbound freight.Co-ordinate RA’s from B2B’s in conjunction with 3PL inbound team as well as Brands ELC.Update SAP arrival dates of all incoming freight where required.Assist Logistics Manager in arranging / confirming disposal of obsolete/damaged goods.Assist in VAS activities.Investigate return claims and report findings to ELC stakeholders.Responsible for indirect procurement for 3PL only.Update Scorecard for internal and regional meetings.QualificationsKey Requirements:Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
