Job description

Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Operations Executive to support our travel retail business. This role bridges commercial planning with operational execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment.

You’ll manage the end-to-end product ordering process, including sales forecasting, coordinating with retailers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of new launches and marketing programs. You’ll maintain accurate pricing and product information, while supporting the sales team with allocation planning and communication.

In assortment and inventory management, you’ll work closely with internal teams and retail partners to ensure the right product mix is in place. This includes reviewing sales performance, identifying assortment gaps, monitoring stock levels, and resolving any logistical issues to maintain healthy inventory.

You will also play a key role in the coordination of product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring all operational aspects are executed smoothly — from preparing communications and distributing promotional materials to supporting VIP visits and brand initiatives.

Overall, your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational follow-through to help drive business performance and enhance the customer experience in Oceania travel retail.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment
