• Crew & Site Coordination: Direct day-to-day work crew activities, schedule labor, plant, and equipment, and handle daily administrative tasks (timesheets).
• Zero Harm Culture: Promote a proactive Zero Harm safety environment—identifying risks, maintaining safety/quality registers, and leading site toolbox discussions.
• Subcontractor & Quality Control: Supervise in-house crews and site subcontractors, ensuring works align with regulations and construction programs.
• Stakeholder Point of Contact: Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, delivery partners, and client representatives.

Title: Site Supervisor | Civil Water Infrastructure | $70 – $100/hr

Contract Duration: ASAP – Mid-Jan 2027 (potential extension)

About the Role

Step into a key leadership role coordinating day-to-day field operations for water network renewal and maintenance works. You will lead self-performing crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure high safety standards, quality execution, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Crew & Site Coordination: Direct day-to-day work crew activities, schedule labor, plant, and equipment, and handle daily administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets).

Zero Harm Culture: Promote a proactive Zero Harm safety environment—identifying risks, maintaining safety/quality registers, and leading site toolbox discussions.

Subcontractor & Quality Control: Supervise internal crews and site subcontractors, ensuring works align with statutory regulations and construction programs.

Stakeholder Point of Contact: Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, delivery partners, and client representatives.

Requirements & Experience:

Solid supervisory background managing self-perform D&C works or water/civil maintenance crews.

Practical experience in planning, site setup, construction program development, and detailed design reviews.

Licensing & Tickets: Manual C-Class Driver's License. Leadership qualifications, Electrical License, or tickets (Confined Space, Work at Heights, Trench Support) are highly desirable.

Compliance: Pre-employment Medical & D&A testing, and Hep A/B immunity.
