Job summary

Connect People is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead water infrastructure and pipeline construction projects in Melbourne's northern suburbs. The role is an immediate opportunity on major capital works with long-term potential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on supervision of water capital works, strong safety leadership, and the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to specification. This is a long-term role with extension prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising water capital works and pipeline construction.
• Strong safety, quality, and environmental awareness.
• Ability to lead site crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pipeline and water infrastructure capital works projects
• Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Coordinating site crews, subcontractors and project resources
• Ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
• Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and supporting project delivery
• Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders
