Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Site Supervisor for Civil Water Infrastructure in Arundel, QLD. You will coordinate day-to-day field operations, lead self-performing crews and subcontractors, and uphold high safety standards while delivering quality renewal and maintenance works.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and on-site problem solving, with a focus on Zero Harm and compliance with regulatory programs; a hands-on manager who can drive efficiencies on water network projects.

Qualifications

• Supervisory background leading self-perform D&C or water/civil maintenance crews.
• Planning, site setup, construction program development, and detailed design reviews.
• Licensing & tickets: Manual C-Class Driver's License; Electrical License or related tickets are desirable.
• Pre-employment medical & D&A testing and Hep A/B immunity are required.

Responsibilities

• Crew & Site Coordination: direct day-to-day activities, schedule labor and equipment, manage timesheets.
• Zero Harm Culture: promote safety, maintain safety/quality registers, lead toolbox talks.
• Subcontractor & Quality Control: supervise crews and site subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulations and programs.
• Stakeholder Point of Contact: act as on-site liaison for project managers, delivery partners, and client representatives.
