Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a large team of Room Attendants, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Crown’s premium standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will oversee daily operations, conduct room inspections, coach team members, and collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service while supporting sustainability goals. This is a full-time, 7-day rotation role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a premium & large-scale hotel environment.
• Available FT across a 7-day rotation (day shifts).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
• Confident computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors and service areas
• Conduct daily room inspections and ensure adherence to Crown’s brand standards
• Support training and development of team members, including onboarding and performance reviews
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public and back-of-house areas

• Manage resources effectively to meet departmental objectives and sustainability goals

The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join Towers Hotel’s dynamic Housekeeping team at Crown Melbourne. In this key role, you’ll lead and support a large team of Room Attendants to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Crown’s premium standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll oversee daily operations, conduct room inspections, coach team members and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols—all while driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and supervise housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors and service areas
