Crown Resorts Sydney invites a skilled Bar Supervisor to lead service in Mahogany Bar within Crown Sydney’s premium gaming environment. This max-term position requires supervisory experience in premium hospitality, a passion for coaching, and the ability to maintain composure in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams.
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environment.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible role.
• Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation (overnights required).
• Current NSW RSA competency card required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to police and credit checks).

We have an exciting opportunity at Crown Resorts Sydney seeking a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join our Gaming Floor as a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a max term. The role is located in Mahogany Bar, located within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment, this role delivers high-volume, luxury beverage service to gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas.

About You

As Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in driving service excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the exceptional standards synonymous with Crown Sydney. Working within a dynamic 24/7 environment, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while contributing to the ongoing success of the venue.
