Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor for our Lithium operation at Bald Hill, WA, reporting to the Processing Superintendent. You will lead a team of processing technicians to meet production targets while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing equipment operation, implementing process improvements, coordinating maintenance, and conducting root-cause analysis to prevent breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing environment.
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Crushing Screen International is seeking experienced Processing Supervisors for our Lithium operation at Bald Hill, on 2/1 roster. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will beresponsible for ensuring efficient production, adhering to safety, and continuously improving processing activities to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
