Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited in Western Australia is recruiting experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors for Bald Hill operations. You will lead a workshop team of technicians, drive safety and continuous improvement, and manage maintenance plans for mobile plant equipment.

This role operates on a 2:1 roster from Perth and offers a base salary plus super, site & roster allowances, and an annual company bonus.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification with significant hands-on management experience.
• Experience on large Mobile Plant equipment, including drills, highly regarded.
• Schedule 26 including DMIRS exam completed.
• Experience managing HME planned maintenance and breakdowns.
• High degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
• Significant leadership demonstrating a high-performance culture.
• Strong experience in mobile equipment maintenance and developing equipment performance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix defects to ensure mobile equipment operates effectively.
• Lead and support your team to deliver work on time and within budget.
• Monitor team performance, providing training, mentoring, and coaching as needed.
• Use a CMMS to develop and manage maintenance plans for greater efficiency.
• Review plans and reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to adjust work scopes as required.
• Help develop and standardise maintenance systems and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly mobile maintenance activities, overcoming technical and logistical challenges.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with statutory and safety regulations.

The Role

Our Bald Hill Mining Operations are looking to hear from experienced MEM Supervisors. These roles are 2:1 (7d,7n,7x) roster from Perth.

As a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will shape our workshop, lead continuous improvement, and manage a team of technicians to ensure safe and efficient use of resources. Your commitment to safety will be key to maintaining our strong safety culture and achieving high standards

What you’ll bring to the team
