Job summary

Tomago Aluminium is looking for a capable, hands-on Supervisor to lead a crew in a heavy industrial environment. Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll drive safety, reliability and continuous improvement while meeting production and quality targets.

You’ll coach and develop team members, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and uphold robust operating procedures and values. This role is based on site in NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong emphasis on Environment, Health & Safety.
• Ability to plan, organise and make decisions under pressure.

About The Role

We’re looking for a capable and hands‑on Supervisor to lead one of our crews.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day team leadership with a strong focus on safe operations, production reliability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help ensure our teams deliver on production, quality, and safety targets.

• Ensure all production activities meet safety requirements, standards and procedures

• Identify improvement opportunities and supporting teams to streamline systems and processes

About you

You’ll bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to lead a crew in a dynamic heavy industrial environment.

You Can Demonstrate

• A strong commitment to Environment, Health & Safety
• Confident communication and the ability to collaborate at all levels
• Experience leading teams in a production or industrial setting
• Solid planning, organising and decision‑making skills
• A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Competence using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Certificate IV in Frontline Leadership (desirable)
