We are eager to hire a professional, career-driven, and positive individual with ideally Supervisor experience, or someone who is looking to step up from their current role. We are a iconic venue in the CBD of Melbourne, and considered an absolute powerhouse in the Pub industry. We are a stones throw from Collins Street, and have been here since the 1830's!

Job Summary

Your responsibilities primarily include, but are not limited to the following:

Supervising, directing, and training food and beverage Staff.

Taking responsibility for a specific service area.

Completing cash reconciliations, counting floats, and clearing tills.

Handling complex guest inquiries, complaints, and general reservations.

Helping Management maintain the cleanliness of the venue, and identifying and rectifying any problems affecting our daily operations.

Working closely alongside Management, and helping maintain and improve our current standards, and implementing new ideas.

These responsibilities are ongoing, and implemented with appropriate training with the Venue Manager. Frequent performance appraisals will be conducted to ensure your success.
