Georgiou, now part of STRABAG SE, is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor for our Infrastructure team on the GAWSS pipeline project in Western Australia. You will commit to a 10:4 drive in/drive out roster and support on-site operations.

You will oversee daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, manage plant and resources, enforce HSEQ, and work with clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory position, ideally with pipeline experience.
• MSCL pipe experience highly regarded.
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and coordinate resources.
• Engaging and driven leader with safety focus.
• Experience in managing a large work crew.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and material deliveries for site efficiency.
• Manage plant and resources across multiple work fronts.
• Enforce HSEQ policies and promote a zero-harm culture.

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory position, ideally with pipeline experience
• Applicants with MSCL pipe experience will be highly regarded
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and coordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high-quality standard
• Be an engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
• Previous experience of managing a large work crew
• Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Excellent safety record
