Job summary

Georgiou is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead NSW infrastructure operations, shaping delivery, growth and future direction. You will oversee a portfolio of major projects, driving safety, commercial performance and client satisfaction while mentoring senior leaders.

This leadership role partners with the General Manager to position Georgiou for ongoing growth, influence strategic outcomes, and strengthen client relationships across transport, water and related sectors.

Qualifications

Significant track record delivering major D&C infrastructure projects.
Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environments.
Strong strategic capability with ability to influence at project and business-unit levels.
Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client/stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of major infrastructure projects to deliver safety, operational and commercial outcomes.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for growth and position Georgiou for future work.
Support business development through market intelligence and client engagement.
Provide strategic input into the growth and direction of the NSW business.
Coach and develop project managers and senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
Contribute to workforce planning, resourcing and business planning.
