Georgiou is seeking an experienced Supervisor to support the GAWSS pipeline project in WA. You will commit to a 10:4 drive-in/drive-out roster with a 35% site uplift and a 5% project completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil construction crews on pipeline projects.
• Ability to coordinate resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Proven safety record and HSEQ adherence.
• Strong leadership and communication with clients and teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and material deliveries for maximum site efficiency.
• Manage plant and resources across multiple work fronts.
• Enforce HSEQ policies and promoting a zero-harm culture.
• Support performance tracking and productivity improvements.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
