Job summary

4020 Consult Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a hands-on production team in our new facility. You’ll drive safety, quality and continuous improvement, with most days finishing by 2pm, and a competitive package including a vehicle and super.

You’ll mentor staff, optimise daily operations and build a high-performing team in a dynamic environment. We value leadership, accountability, and a proactive mindset as you shape modern processes and automation
