Job summary

Design & Build is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead residential builds across South Australia. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' supervision of domestic projects, hold a Building work contractor's licence, and can manage budgets and client communications from start to handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor delivering domestic projects to completion.
• Building work contractor's licence is essential.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities while maintaining quality and control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
• Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
• Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
• Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
• Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
• Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
• Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
• Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
