Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide engineering delivery at Greenbushes, ensuring plan, performance and quality across the operation. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your team.

You will lead daily performance, set expectations, manage schedules and resources, and promote a safe, high-quality environment. This senior role offers a pathway to influence performance and culture within a trusted mining contractor.

About the Role

Lead Engineering to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Greenbushes. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.
