Pillar & Stone Property Group on the Sunshine Coast seeks a Property Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a defined portfolio of about 120 properties, cultivating owner relationships and delivering hands-on building management within a tight geographic area.

You will work with an offshore admin team to handle admin tasks, reports, and inspections, while focusing on the core licensed property management role.

Qualifications

• Current QLD real estate licence required.
• Solid residential property management experience.
• Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Ability to work with an admin team while managing owner/tenant relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage a defined portfolio of around 120 properties and owner relationships within specific buildings.
• Own the patch and build strong relationships with owners and residents to enable timely decisions.
• Work with an offshore admin team to handle notices, reports and paperwork, while focusing on licensed property management.
• Be proactive in addressing issues and communicate changes or needs to owners and tenants.
