Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria in Grovedale is seeking a Retail Duty Manager to lead staff and volunteers, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role focuses on people leadership, coaching and coaching a high-performing team in a busy, community-focused shop.

You will coach volunteers, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations, including merchandising and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Retail management experience focusing on people.
• Proven retail sales experience with drive to beat targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence (mandatory).

• Schedule: Sunday 8:45am – 5:15pm
• Hourly rate: $31.11 base rate + weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package
