Job summary

Vinnies Victoria is seeking a talented Retail Duty Manager to lead our Daylesford shop and its dedicated volunteers, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales. You will coach a small team, manage weekend hours, and uphold our community-focused mission.

The role is part-time and on-site, with Friday and Saturday schedules. The base rate is $31.11 per hour plus weekend loading and salary packaging options to support frontline staff making a social impact.
