Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking a Retail Duty Manager for a part-time role in Korumburra. You will lead staff and volunteers, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service in a busy shop environment.

You will coach volunteer teams, ensure targets are met, and manage day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and safety. The role offers important community impact and flexible options where possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Hourly rate:$31.11 base rate + weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package
