Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria in Bendigo seeks a Retail Duty Manager to lead staff and volunteers, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will mentor a passionate team, ensure smooth shop operations, and uphold safety and best practices in a busy retail environment.

  • Work type: Part-time, Ongoing
  • Schedule: Saturday & Monday, 8:45am - 5:15pm + Sunday, 10:45 - 16:15
  • Hourly rate: $31.11 base rate + Applicable weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package

About the role

Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Bendigo. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. A hive of activity, this shop is offering a unique and truly fabulous opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership opportunity.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers

  • Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods, safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg
