Vinnies Victoria is seeking a talented Retail Duty Manager to lead our Leongatha shop team of staff and volunteers, delivering outstanding customer service while guiding sales growth in a friendly community-focused environment.

• Schedule: Wednesday 8:45am – 5:15pm
• Hourly rate: $31.11 base rate+ Tax reducing salary package

• A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
• Retail management experience with a real focus on people
• Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
• Excellent communication skills

• Good computer skills
• A current\'s driver\'s licence (mandatory)

• Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods, safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg
