Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a major HR and payroll transformation project. This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end testing across a SuccessFactors rollout.

You will work with business stakeholders to prepare and execute tests, ensure data integrity and payroll accuracy, and support cutover and hypercare throughout go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors testing experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and lifecycle events.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression and payroll testing.
• Proven test preparation, execution and defect management.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and data across SuccessFactors modules.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression and payroll parallel testing.
• Validate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, data replication and payroll outcomes.
• Support payroll parallel testing, data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Manage defects, retesting and requirements traceability.
• Support cutover, go-live readiness, smoke testing and hypercare.
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams and vendors to report testing progress.

SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst

About the Role

Our client is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a major HR and payroll transformation project. This hands-on role will focus on end-to-end hire-to-retire testing across a SuccessFactors rollout.

Working closely with the business will support testing activities from preparation and execution through to go-live and hypercare, ensuring system quality, data integrity and payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and test data across SuccessFactors modules.
• Perform functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing.
• Validate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, integrations, data replication and payroll outcomes.
• Support payroll parallel testing, data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Manage defects, coordinate retesting and maintain test evidence and requirements traceability.
• Support cutover, go-live readiness, smoke testing and post-implementation hypercare.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and report testing progress.

About You

Essential experience

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors testing
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle events and EC-to-ECP integration.
• Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and payroll parallel testing.
• Proven capability in test preparation, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
