Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to join a high-performing project team on an 8-month contract in Brisbane, Australia. The role focuses on administering and optimising SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting within the Talent Acquisition environment, collaborating closely with HR, TA, and technology stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to join a high-performing project team on an 8-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising the SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules and Talent Acquisition environment, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with business requirements. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in system administration, process improvement, troubleshooting and user support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting functionality

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.
